Right Onsite Mobile RV Repair company was created to solve that problem for RV owners. Our RVIA/RVDA Certified mobile RV technician will come to you wherever you are. You don’t ever have to leave your motorhome, fifth-wheel or travel trailer.

How RV repair process works

Step 1

Please read our Policies & Rates.
You will want to know what to expect when you schedule an appointment with us and how much the services cost.

Step 2

Gather all the available info.
Provide as much information about your coach and the issue / issues you are experiencing as you can. This will help us give you a more accurate estimate. Some of the things we will need to know are:

  • RV Make, Model, Year, Type (e.g. Type A Motorhome, 5th-wheel Travel Trailer)
  • Is your RV under Warranty? If yes, we will need that info if you want us to process the claim. Please read the important information about warranty and insurance claims
  • What is the issue and Make, Model, Serial # of the appliance or device (if applicable). Is it under warranty?
  • When the problem was first noticed?
  • This one is very important: has any work ever been done on it before? This includes any repairs attempted by owner. If yes, what has been done, by whom, when and what was the result?

Even though it might not be possible to correctly identify the problem over the phone, the more we know upfront the easier it is to estimate the time and cost. We are all about win/win situations.

Step 3

Once you have all the info, call 706-970-1854.
We answer all the calls as soon as possible or within one business day.

Please note: the scheduling of the appointment depends on many variables including weather, emergency service requests, cancellations, parts delivery, etc.

Step 4

Meet our friendly RV tech at your location.
The technician will diagnose the problem and inform you of his findings. At that point there are three possible outcomes:

  1. The repair is relatively simple and needed parts are available, the tech will complete the job to your full satisfaction. You pay for the work and the parts and continue enjoying your life.
  2. The part or parts need to be ordered… Continue to Step 5
  3. There is a warranty claim you wish to be processed…. Continue to Step 5

Step 5

Wait for the parts to arrive.
We will order the parts and/or submit the claim to your warranty provider. As soon as the parts come in, we’ll contact you to set up a follow-up appointment.

Step 6

Meet the tech for a final appointment.
Repairs are finalized to your full satisfaction. Please pay for the service and consider reviewing us. Thank you!

Right Onsite RV Mobile Repair company started as an answer to a couple of very common problems RV owners experience:

1. What to do when something breaks or malfunctions and we are hundreds of miles away from home?!
2. We need a service ASAP but our dealership is booked for weeks!

These were exactly the problems that our aging parents experienced many times while they were avid RVers. Company’s founder Alan White has seen it all. Years ago when he had to fix his Mom’s and Dad’s motorhome he realized just how big of an issue it was for the RVers everywhere.
Let’s face it, RVs break all the time. They don’t care if you are out in the mountains where sometimes not even a cell phone reception, let alone RV dealership, is available. Being stuck is not a good situation, no matter whether you are in the midst of a beautiful mountain scenery or somewhere along the Florida coastline.
That’s why after extensive and rigorous training Alan received all the needed certifications and opened his company in order to serve people like you, to fix your RV and let you enjoy your time RVing without unnecessary anxiety and stress.
